1. Valid Reasons for Return

You may request a return or exchange if the delivered product meets any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: The product is physically damaged (broken, cracked) upon delivery.
  • Defective Product: The product does not function as intended or has manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect Product: The product delivered does not match your order (wrong size, color, or model).
  • Incomplete Product: The package is missing items or accessories that were supposed to be included.
  • Mismatch with Description: The product does not match the images or specifications provided on the website.
  • Expired Product: The product delivered has passed its expiry date.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product includes the original packaging, tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
  • Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening the delivery package. This serves as vital proof if the item is damaged or missing, helping us process your request faster.

3. Change of Mind Policy

We accept returns for “Change of Mind” on selected items, provided that:

  • The product is still sealed/intact in its original packaging.
  • In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping/courier charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products and innerwear.
  • Used or altered clothing/items.
  • Items purchased under “Clearance Sale” or special “Flash Deals” (unless damaged).

5. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. You can receive your refund via:

  • Bank Transfer.
  • Store Voucher/Discount Code (can be used for future purchases at Sajek Mart).

Note: If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), Sajek Mart will bear the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer must cover the shipping fee.
